Essential Information on Lumber Delivery

At Everguard, we believe in straightforward lumber delivery terms designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Here’s a closer look at our delivery process.

Delivery Radius

We offer delivery within a defined radius, covering distances of up to 35 miles from our location.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are determined by the value of your order, ensuring transparency and fairness:

  • For orders under $1,000, the freight charge is $149.99.
  • Orders falling within the $1,001 to $4,000 range have a $99.99 freight charge.
  • For orders exceeding $4,000, a $49.99 freight charge applies.

Preparing for Delivery

To guarantee a smooth and efficient delivery, we kindly request that you designate a suitable area for the drop-off. Our dedicated delivery team will carefully position the materials within a range of 10-20 feet from the delivery truck. It’s important to note that our trucks are not covered.

Delivery Timing

While we don’t offer same-day delivery as a standard service, we can accommodate same-day delivery under certain conditions. Place your order before 12 pm, and if a second delivery slot is available, we’ll make it happen. Our two primary delivery windows are:

  • 10 am to 1 pm
  • 1 pm to 4 pm

Pick-Up Option

For customers who prefer a hands-on approach, we provide an onsite pickup option. You can collect your fence lumber orders in person, and our friendly staff will be there to assist you with loading your order.
