Objectives

As part of our team, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, organized environment. You’ll pick materials orders for our same day pick up or delivery orders, clean up the yard, reorganize materials

Position Details

  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Hours: 7 am – 4 pm Mon-Fri (Occasional Saturdays)
  • Type: Full-time, occasional Saturdays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve contractors, builders, and walk-in customers.
  • Keep the yard clean and safe.
  • Unload and store merchandise.
  • Handle customer transactions and loading.
  • Forklift operation (training provided).
  • Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Common sense and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer service and forklift operation skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials.

Physical Demands

  • Standing, walking, using hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and talking.
  • Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Good vision and depth perception.

Work Environment

  • Near moving parts and outdoor conditions.
  • Loud noise levels.
