Please note that delivery charges apply based on the order value. Freight charges are as follows:

• Freight is $149.99 for orders under $1,000.
• Freight is $99.99 for orders between $1,001 and $4,000.
• Freight is $49.99 for orders exceeding $4,000.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure you have a designated space available for drop-off. Our delivery team will place the material within a 10-20 foot range from the truck.

Lumber materials are non-returnable once removed from the store premises. Special order items are also non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding.
